Budget-breaking leather Chelsea boot? Nope. It’s actually the newest addition to Loeffler Randall’s rain boots range. Permission to freak out, granted. LR Rain Slip-On, $150, loefflerrandall.com

Speaking of new fall shoes, these A) have nothing on Elvis’ blue suede shoes and B) have been haunting me for months. Natane blue velvet lace-up stiletto, $595 at loefflerrandall.com
Brownstones and dreamy boucle coats are fairly hard to come by, but fortunately the pitch-perfect fall boots can be had at Loeffler Randall (they just debuted their fall collection online today!)

Visited the gorgeous Loeffler Randall showroom yesterday. Their Resort 2012 collection was nautical-inspired - think: espadrille heels, awning stripe patterns and a pretty palette featuring navy, sandy pink and nude. Bonus: Loeffler Randall’s retail prices are lower by about 30% this season. Expect to see this collection in stores beginning in November!
